NEPHEWS VISIT

We were able to have 4 of our Nephews come and stay for a few days. Enjoyed getting to know them a little better.

We took them one day on the hike up to Shore Acres...

Checking out the rose garden...they did smell just about every rose and had there favorites picked out. I think they had fun or at least they humored me. :)

Austin was cracking me up...he was smelling a rose petal in this picture...such a goof, had lots of fun with these boys in such a short amount of time.

Ashlynn loving the wind...sadly it was one of those really cold Oregon coast days....so we didn't stay by the water for very long.

....And yes they ended up getting a little wet...It's funny how kids HAVE to touch the water.

Two Cousins stayed a couple extra days...so we went down to Port Orford and it was a much warmer day....and the boys could play in the water a little more...I think they are still crazy.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY LITTLE ASHLYNN!!!

It is hard to believe that a year has already gone by. We really are blessed to have this precious little girl with us. It is an adjustment to have a baby around with teenagers in the house...but it has it's perks (like free babysitting). :) We had a little family party for the princess, I don't think she had a clue what was going on.

4TH OF JULY

So....for my birthday we didn't have candles, so we improvised. Frank lit the tiki torch and I blew it out in one big Breath! I had a great birthday, we had a barbeque at my mom's house and then drove over to Bullards State Park....It's right on the coast by Bandon, this is where we have watched fireworks for the last 4 yrs (well actually last year I had to miss out on it because I was in my last month of being pregnant....but that year they were actually fogged out.) They have a great Fireworks show!
