CATCHING UP

So backing up to December 1st, left North Bend Oregon on a new adventure to Grand Junction Colorado.  Enoch had been out working in Colorado since July and we tried to do the long distance family, and as time went on we both became worn out of that lifestyle and plus we really missed each other.  Miss and Love Oregon it will always be home to me, but I can honestly say I love Grand Junction so far.  I am surprised actually at how much I like it.  I miss being close to my mom, and I was sad to uproot children again, but life goes on and I'm hoping things work out here for Enoch and we can lay some roots down.  And then when it's time to retire maybe I can have a little cottage nestled in the beautiful lush green with the ocean near by.

Thought I would catch up with some photos January thru now...and then I'll try to stay on top of it and post about once a month.

Moab, hiking...way to windy this day to really enjoy it, but still beautiful area.

New Family Car...Chevy Traverse

Whitney and Mommy...she is such a great girl, she is an awesome freshman this year, I am very proud of her.

Me and Enoch, I love this man.  He works hard to provide for his family and is such a great dad...he loves his children so much and loves spending time with them.

Valentines Eve Dinner...we traditionally always have a big breakfast Valentines day, but with hectic kids schedules and ending up on a weekday we opted for breakfast for dinner.  Valentines is a fun day at our house, we love it!

Whitney at a band concert, she plays the percussions (probably spelling that way wrong)...she enjoys playing piano and guitar at home also...I love listening to her play.

Whitney getting ready to get her spacers in and start the process of braces.  She is child number 2 and by the time she gets out of them, it will be time for Kaden to get his on.  Hoping that I get lucky and Ashlynn won't need them...yeah I'll keep dreaming.

The famous cave...the girls had me so freaked out to go into this and then it turned out not so bad

Ummm...whoops did I forget to Blog???

I think I'm going to start blogging on the family blog about once a month and just review what we did for the month, I think that would be better than not blogging at all.  Mostly doing it for family that likes to see what we have been up to, but I really love that life is kinda archived on here and it's fun to look back and see what we did throughout the year.

And this is our most updated family picture, planning on having a professional family photo done this summer on the Oregon Coast...hopefully we will all cooperate and it turns out be'tautiful...I think that is half of the reason I haven't had a professional one taken, we all don't agree on when, what to wear, blah, blah, blah.  Happy Blogging!
